Our online learning forum combines the Delta Mix proprietary food body of knowledge (FBoK) with ed-tech innovations to provide engaging, educational and rewarding digital learning experiences that inform and supplement the learner's holistic development.
From beginner through to advanced "foodies," gourmands and industry experts, our programs in Food Analytics introduces the learner to current issues in the multiplicity of foodscapes comprising the "World of Food" empowering people to make healthier consumer choices.
Objective of the eLearning Forum
